Vision and Mission

Our Vision

Our core organizational vision is anchored upon our drive to provide quality training on SETA accredited programs as well as exposing our trainees to practical work experience to enable employability and entrepreneurship for self-sustainability.

We are currently accredited by AGRISETA and CATHSSETA. Our organization is also in the process of extending its scope of accreditation into Media, Information and Communication Technologies (MICT), with MICT SETA. ICT is complex, with its contribution remaining monumental to the 4th Industrial Revolution.

Our Mission

Our organizational drive of capacitating the vulnerable portion of the society within rural communities with knowledge and scarce skills; particularly youth, women and people living with disabilities; remains a foundational aspect that underscores our organizational mission.

Our social goals are pinned on self-reliance, self-actualization and self-sustainability through knowledge and skills for everyone trained and developed by our organization. Our organization believes in economic independence and self-sustainability.
