Rama Mix Farming and City Parks Cooperative Ltd is an accredited skills training Cooperative that is skilled and experienced in vast aspects of education and training. We are a legally registered entity in terms of the laws of South Africa and the Cooperatives Act 14 of 2005 as amended; (Registration Number: 2010/001900/24)
Our focus is on the provision of a holistic, quality training service that significantly improves the skills and effectiveness of the learner. We are also driven to exponentially contribute towards the geared growth in the agriculture space and food security through agricultural skills development and the inclusion of black communities. Our organization is accredited by Agriculture Sector Education Training Authority (Agriseta).
We are also accredited by Culture, Arts, Tourism, Hospitality, Sports, Sector Education Authority (CATHSSETA) to provide training in this space as well. Through expansion of our training and skill development scope into other SETA accredited programs, our organization is gearing to expose its trainees to varied lucrative markets that model growth.
One such space is Media, Information and Communication Technologies (MICT), which our organization is gearing to move into as well. Extending our training scope to include MICT SETA, will enable our organization to cover training and skills development in media, information technology as well as telecommunication. A robust effort and a solid posture towards training and skills development remain a compelling economic and social imperative to affirm equity and economic equality, particularly for women and youth who mostly bear the brunt of tremendous hardships emanating from poverty and unemployment caused by lack of knowledge and skills.
Our organization believes in economic independence and self-sustainability. Training and skills development are largely associated with solutions geared to reducing poverty, economic inequality and un-employment. Our vision is underpinned by this phenomenon.
