Our core organizational vision is anchored upon our drive to provide quality training on SETA accredited programs as well as exposing our trainees to practical work experience to enable employability and entrepreneurship for self-sustainability.
We are currently accredited by AGRISETA and CATHSSETA.
Our organization is also in the process of extending its scope of accreditation into Media, Information and Communication Technologies (MICT), with MICT SETA. ICT is complex, with its contribution remaining monumental to the 4th Industrial Revolution. The advantage of having knowledge in this space as well as benefits of exposure and access to information and communications technology cannot be over asserted. Media space is also growing, and economic opportunities are exponential in this space as well. Moving into MICT SETA will expose our learners to the media and ICT markets, enhancing their employability and entrepreneurial sustainability further. The expansion of our value chain to cover extended standard units under varied SETA’s is geared to extend access to opportunities in other market avenues by our learners for employability and entrepreneurial sustainability.
Our Mission
Our organizational drive of capacitating the vulnerable portion of the society within rural communities with knowledge and scarce skills; particularly youth, women and people living with disabilities; remains a foundational aspect that underscores our organizational mission.
Our social goals are pinned on self-reliance, self-actualization and self-sustainability through knowledge and skills for everyone trained and developed by our organization. Our organization believes in economic independence and self-sustainability.
Our organization is driving continual enhancement and full harness of its value chain to expand its training and development scope into industries that model growth and sustainability. We have already identified Agriculture, Media, ICT, Culture, Arts, Tourism, Hospitality and Sports as economic spaces that our trainees can penetrate. Through training and workplace-based practical experience, which underpin our training architecture, our trainees will be favourably poised for varied economic markets access.
